Sorry, I got kinda carried away and I wanted to see how the page would turn out. But I've been picking up extra hours at work, and extra hours means extra income, meaning I could finally pick up BlazBlue and Devil Survivor. Both are quite awesome (even if the latter has an AI that blatantly cheats), but that's not why you're here. Let's see how this bad boy turned out!
See, that wasn't so hard, was it? Of course, I still have a long way to go. You'll notice how I abused the hell out of the "warm in front, cool in back" rule, because it's literally the only thing I know about color theory. I'm really going to have to get off my ass and study that at some point, but I don't know where to begin. The internet is a lousy way to find tutorials, and I haven't exactly seen any "How to Digitally Color" books anywhere. Oh, well. I have a feeling that just practicing couldn't hurt.And again, since I like comparing these things:
I'm not sure whether I should continue posting pencils or just bite the bullet and start focusing primarily on the new site. But to be honest, I'd really like to draw the next scene, so I'll probably just end up continuing with the pencils.
